part-time HR Specialist

For our location in Sulzberg (DE), we are currently seeking a part-time HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join us immediately. 


Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Payroll processing 
  • Maintenance of employee master data 
  • Time, vacation, and absence management 
  • Reporting and certification management 
  • Correspondence with authorities, social insurance agencies, health insurance funds, etc. 
  • Support in all labor and collective agreement matters 
  • Expense reimbursement 
  • Applicant management 
  • Management of employment and cooperation contracts 

What you bring: 
  • Education as a HR specialist or a commercial apprenticeship with experience as an HR specialist or payroll accountant
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Reliability, teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality in handling confidential data 
  • Loyalty, honesty, and flexibility 
  • Ability to work strategically as well as operationally
