part-time HR Specialist
Location: Gewerbepark 9, 87477 Sulzberg - Created : 27 June 2024For our location in Sulzberg (DE), we are currently seeking a part-time HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join us immediately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll processing
- Maintenance of employee master data
- Time, vacation, and absence management
- Reporting and certification management
- Correspondence with authorities, social insurance agencies, health insurance funds, etc.
- Support in all labor and collective agreement matters
- Expense reimbursement
- Applicant management
- Management of employment and cooperation contracts
- Education as a HR specialist or a commercial apprenticeship with experience as an HR specialist or payroll accountant
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Reliability, teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and confidentiality in handling confidential data
- Loyalty, honesty, and flexibility
- Ability to work strategically as well as operationally
