HR Coordinator

For our facility in Campogalliano (IT), we are seeking a HR Coordinator

Your Future Responsibilities:
You will manage personnel matters within the administrative team at our Campogalliano facility, working closely with various departments to ensure optimal management of all employees. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Daily processing of attendance records. 
  • Monthly preparation of time cards and related annotations to be sent to the payroll office, complete with supporting documentation. 
  • Handling employee requests for leaves, maternity, loans, pension fund enrollments, etc. 
  • Preparing employment contracts and registering new hires on the SARE portal, managing both contract initiation and termination. 
  • Coordinating with temporary employment agencies and cooperative societies for the placement of temporary staff.
  • Organizing onboarding for new hires. 
  • Monitoring the expiration dates of fixed-term contracts and proposing possible extensions to department heads. 
  • Activating curricular and extracurricular internships with universities. 
  • Drafting warning letters and managing the disciplinary process. 
  • Conducting targeted recruitment activities. 

Your Profile: 
  • You have approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in managing a workforce of around 100 employees. 
  • You possess a good understanding of labor regulations, particularly the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sector.
  • You are eager to learn and grow with the company and become part of a dedicated team. 
  • You work in an organized, precise, and systematic manner.
