For our location in Sulzberg (DE) we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our internal customer care.

Your tasks:

Managing your own customer base
Order entry in our ERP system - Navision
Responsibility and participation in the further development of our "Intercompany" order processing processes
General back office activities

What you bring:

Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, ideally another foreign language - Italian
Ability to work under pressure, reliability, and goal-oriented action
Team player
Strong communication and organizational skills
Several years of professional experience in internal sales
