For our location in Sulzberg (DE) we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our internal customer care. 

Your tasks: 
  • Managing your own customer base 
  • Order entry in our ERP system - Navision 
  • Responsibility and participation in the further development of our "Intercompany" order processing processes 
  • General back office activities 
What you bring: 
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, ideally another foreign language - Italian 
  • Ability to work under pressure, reliability, and goal-oriented action 
  • Team player 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales
