Customer Billing Account
Location: via Zamboni 14, 41011 Campogalliano - Created : 16 May 2024For our facility in Campogalliano (IT), we are seeking a Customer Billing Account.
Your future responsibilities:
As an integral part of our administrative team in Campogalliano, you will manage the accounts receivable process, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure efficient customer accounting management.
Your main activities:
- Issuing invoices for ITA/CEE/EXTRACEE customers.
- Issuing credit notes for ITA/CEE/EXTRACEE customers, conducting all necessary checks to finalize the non-conformance process.
- Issuing invoices for asset sales and other company goods or services.
- Updating customer creditworthiness through credit limit management and credit insurance.
- Providing support to the Customer Care department during the order entry phase and in pre- and post-sales activities, especially under special sales conditions.
- Preparing documentation for disputes with customers related to insurance and legal claims.
- Liaising with the debt recovery office.
Your profile:
- You enjoy communicating with colleagues and customers, both in Italian and in a foreign language you are proficient in (either English or German).
- You have around 5 years of experience in an administrative role with solid knowledge of invoicing and VAT.
- Preferably, you are familiar with Business Central or Navision ERP systems.
- You are eager to learn and grow with the company and to be part of a dedicated team.
- You work in an organized, precise, and systematic manner, with a strong focus on meeting accounting and fiscal deadlines. You enjoy communicating with colleagues and suppliers
- You have approximately 5/10 years of experience in administrative roles and possess good knowledge of VAT, withholding taxes, Enasarco, reverse charge, Intrastat, VIES, and cost centers
- Preferably, you have knowledge of Business Central or Navision management systems
- You are eager to learn and grow with the company and to be part of a good team
- You work in an orderly, precise, and organized manner with particular attention to accounting and tax deadlines
