Administration and HR Specialist

For our facility in Campogalliano (IT), we are seeking a Administration and HR Specialist

Your Future Responsibilities: 
You will be responsible for administrative/accounting activities and HR administration within the administrative team at our Campogalliano facility. You will work closely with various company departments to provide optimal support to the production and sales teams. Your main tasks will involve managing the accounts receivable cycle and personnel administration, including:
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes for ITA/CEE/EXTRACEE customers. 
  • Updating customer reliability through credit management and credit insurance. 
  • Preparing documentation for customer disputes related to insurance and legal matters. 
  • Liaising with the debt collection office. 
  • Daily processing of attendance records and monthly preparation of time cards with related annotations to be sent to the payroll office.
  • Preparing employment contracts and registering new hires on the SARE portal, managing both the start and termination of contracts. 
  • Coordinating with temporary employment agencies and cooperative societies for temporary staff placement and with universities for internships. 
  • Monitoring the expiration dates of fixed-term contracts and proposing possible extensions to department heads. 
  • Conducting targeted recruitment activities. 

Your Profile: 
  • You enjoy communicating with colleagues and customers, both in Italian and in a foreign language you know (either English or German). 
  • You have approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in administrative roles and in managing personnel of around 100 employees. 
  • You possess a good understanding of fiscal and labor regulations, particularly those related to the CCNL for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sector. 
  • You are eager to learn and grow with the company and to become part of a dedicated team. 
  • You work in an organized, precise, and systematic manner. 
  • Preferably, you are familiar with the ERP systems Business Central or Navision.
